Eligibility for Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to share a proper unboxing video at the time of receiving the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

i) Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, along with a proper unboxing video, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
ii) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (such as fall-pico services and ready-to-wear sarees)

Pre-pleated sarees

Any personalized or altered items

iii) Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Please note:

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided only in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
It may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at houseofchiffon.info@gmail.com.

Pre-pleated sarees, fall-pico services, ready-to-wear sarees, and customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
